Delivery

please refer to the specific products page where you will find shipping time estimations for some products. we will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. we encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery. we send all orders tracked. we do not accept liability for unsuccessful deliveries that are returned back to us.

Returns

if there is a defect or a problem with your order, or if it’s just not what you were expecting, please email us within 14 days of the delivery date at [email protected] with your order number in the subject line. customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs for returns or missed deliveries. we are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. please return the item in its original packaging and unworn within the 14 days or the return will not be accepted. any damage or spoiling will lead to the item being sent back to you.

order changes and cancellations

unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders after the order has been placed, as orders are processed to be shipped immediately.

Duties and taxes

EU orders and Brexit

Orders being sent to countries within the EU will be shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. if necessary, you will be required to pay the fees to release your order from customs, so it can be successfully delivered. you should receive the customs invoice via post or email from the carrier.

Duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authorities. these fees must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, Bright has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.

International orders

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are calculated by your local customs authorities. these fees must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, Bright has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.

Return and refunds

Please note that Bright is not liable to refund local custom taxes and duties. in the case of a return for refund, we recommend claiming your tax refund with your local authorities.
